Fantastic facility and location. It was however unfortunate that there were a few issues. The over did not work, some lights did not work and outside our room was an extremely bright security light which meant the room was always lit up like the middle of the day making sleep a little difficult.

It was basic,no frills. I think it was expensive since I was charged as much as the next 4 star hotel.... and no milk, no proper coffee, no condiments. What is the point of getting an apartment where you have to get everything including the coffee, milk or salt and pepper? I don't think it was worth it. Next time, I will go to a hotel. However the staff was friendly and the porter was very helpful.

We were staying in Aprt 108 at 151 TBR. When you get out of the lift on the 1st floor there is no indication where the apartments are. You need to put up a sign.
We stayed two night. On our first evening we reported to Reception that the water was not draining away from the sink in the bathroom (not the en-suite one). We were told that it would be fixed the next day - Saturday. It wasn't! We reported it again when we left on the Sunday morning. This was a nuisance as it meant that to clean teeth ect we all had to use the en-suite bathroom.
A note would have been useful as to how to find the cutlery tray. It took us ages and in the end I walked all the way to reception to pick up spoons and knives as I was convinced there were none in the apartment.
But... we had a very good time and would certainly use the company again. The people on Reception were excellent.

This is the first time i have stayed here and thought it was a great place. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything you would need.
The location is excellent very close to London Bridge for tubues and trains and on the doorstep of tower bridge itself.
Highly recommend staying here for a long weekend or holiday, will go back myself.

This was a good option for us as we have two grown up children, two hotel rooms in London are expensive. The apartments are basic but ours was clean and there was enough space, although the bathroom was very small and there was the odour of drains. As we were near the entrance, we were distrubed day and night by the sound of the electric gates opening and closing but it wasn't anything we couldn't put up with for a couple of nights. We called in at Marks and Spencer foods and stocked up for our stay which was convenient. We ate out during the day in London but breakfast and a snack at night was easy to prepare although most of the utensils in our property were missing. People have complained it's a long way to walk from the tube station. I would suggest getting a day (or weekly) travelcard (or Oyster Card is best). It is then only a few yards to the bus stop at Tower Bridge - take the RV1 straight to Covent Garden or the 381 (which is literally just under the bridge about 20 yards from the apartment entrances. This bus also runs a night service but it only goes as far as County Hall. From there, it's a short walk to Trafalgar Square across the pedestrian bridge at Waterloo or you can catch other buses/tube from Waterloo Station). Your Oyster Card can be topped up at the shop across the road. If you want cheap, basic accommodation, this is for you. If you want something more luxurious/central, then don't stay here - but it suited us just fine.

We travel to London on a regular basis and always stay in apartments as better value for money, space and freedom.
These apartments were ok and nothing to really shout about good or bad but they could be top notch with a bit of investment. We had the three bedrooms yet the cafeteria was for one. Only one TV and when you showered the water went all over the bathroom window and wooden sill. Five light bulbs in lounge/kitchen had blown told receptions and 2 mins later maintenance man fixed them. Parking was £5 so a bargain for London.
We would stay again but other places have the edge so would only ever be second choice.

This was a great place to stay. Location was wonderful and the reception was also very accomodating and helpful. The only drawback were the things in the apartment in need of repair or upgrade...toilet, washer/dryer, etc. Would definitely stay again.
