The apartment was generally nice but a tad overpriced for what you get. There is only 4 of everthing in the kitchen and what if you want to invite someone over!!?? Also the telephone was an absolute pain to get credit added and then had to dial 2 numbers before I got through to who i needed to. Also why in this day and age do they not have a wireless phone??? There was also only one set of keys provided and for a family of 4 there should have been 2 sets. Also I think that not being able to park in the car park was a joke as it was empty and we spent a fortune parking elsewhere! The clothes rail in the en-suite room was not fixed properly so we had to hang all of our clothes in the children's room. There was also a leak in the en-suite bathroom which I had to report whilst we were staying. You need to inform the guys on the desk how things operate for these serviced departments as i did get frustrated at times by having to call an individual number which cost me money!I would like to recommend this apartment as long as you can iron out those problems above.
