This was a lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped. It's location is 20 minutes from Covent Garden, Leicester Sqaure and Tottenham Court Road and close to the tube. Excellent all round and defintiely would stay here again.

Stay here often and like it a lot. This time we did have two instances when we arranged for something to happen and it didn't - on evening of Monday March 8th we arranged for a cab to be booked for Tuesday morning. This wasn't done. We checked out on 9th but returned on Sunday 14th for one night - we stored luggage at the app't and it was agreed this would be put into our app't for our return Sunday evening. Unfortunately that didn't happen either. Seems you may need better systems to ensure these basic requests do happen. otherwise all good, and we'll be back.
