We enjoyed our stay in this apartment but did have a couple of problems. We needed broadband connection and could not connect as there was no information on passwords. We expected there to be a welcome guide with this sort of information in. We left a message re this problem on the only contact number we had and someone did come back to me with the password the next day. The other problem occured when checking out. We approached the sales office and the security guard to leave the key with them, they said it was not their responsibility and we should call the company we booked it with. At this point we were limited on time as we had a busy day planned so decided to leave the key in the apartment. Once again a welcome guide with checking out procedures would have been very useful.
