NEGATIVES:
1. Not being able to control the air conditioning – had to open the windows to cool things down.
2. Lack of instructions for appliances – they weren’t left in the apartment.
3. No servicing in the 9 days I was there – had to ask for more toilet paper.
Positives:
1. Good location.
Staff responsive when there was an issue.

Would Recommend?:
The appartment itself was excellent, however at the time of our visit the lift was out of order to our floor. As we are a 'senior' couple and had a lot of luggage we had some difficulty in getting everything to and from our appartment. We were only on the 'first' floor but the height of the ground floor made this seem like 3 floors up.
