Would Recommend?:
We were extremely impressed by the Presidential Kensington Appartments. The room and kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need. We also requested an iron which was promptly provided. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. The location is also fantastic being so close to the Earls Court underground while set within a beautiful quiet area. We found it most relaxing and would highly recommend it.

Air conditioning was either too cold (on) or too hot (off). Despite the controls for air conditioning, we had a choice of either having AC or not having AC.

Would Recommend?:
The apartment was very well appointed and immaculate. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, providing a blow-up mattress bed for one of our children and assisting with obtaining tickets for events. The air conditioning was wonderful, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It was very convenient to have the washer/dryer rather than walk to a laundromat. The location is very close to the Earl's Court Tube Station and many major attractions and grocery stores/restaurants are just a block away.

Would Recommend?:
Over the years we have visited in London on a number of occasions as a family of three and would normally stop in a hotel (Hilton / Copthorne). This year we found the hotel prices high and as my daughter is now eighteen we were being refused a family room and offered two rooms – quite an expensive option.
Therefore we decided to take a chance on hiring an apartment. We were all very surprised and delighted at the quality of the apartment and the level of service received. It was very much like being in a hotel but with cooking facilities in your room. The fixtures and fittings are of good quality and everything was in very good order and very clean. The location was spot on as there is a tube station just around the corner. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone as they offer good value for money, especially when you consider they are in London.

The room was small but for the location quite adequate. It matched my requirements. The Wifi was of poor quality - something that should be looked into. The people on the front desk were helpful and effective. Better room cleaning could be in order.

Would Recommend?:
I came for work, but extended early on by bringing my mom and 7 year old son. After 2 days, moved to a hotel that my company puts me in for work. I won't stay at the hotel (Swissotel The Howard) in central London - instead, I will stay at Presidential Kensington! Very accommodating, clean, spacious.....what others have complained about seems incredulous to me..okay, the bathroom is small - but most rooms in London are small....the small bathroom was very very nice.....I wish we could have checked in earlier as after flying overnight, would be nice, but understand. Reception was great and got us in 2 hours after we arrived, 2 hours before actual check-in time....so they did their best! THANK YOU!

Very modern, stylish and fency apartments in a beautiful quiet area. A bit small (as usual in London) with 2 adults + 2 kids - basement apartment definetly not for 4, 3rd floor apartment is o.k.. Absolutly friendly, helpfull staff. Daily perfect room service like in a hotel. Small draw backs: Realy to cook in this kitchen is a pain, realy good sleeping on the sofa is also hard for 2, also for children (10+12 yrs).
