The apartment was lovely and in a very good area. There are just a few little things to improve like the extra beds. They were not really comfortable, the matresses are too thin so you feel the elastic springs in your back. Further we asked at the reception for a 4. pillow that was not available and for more towels (there were just big towels, but no smaller one`s for hands/hair) and the lady told us to let you know, but maybe she did not tell you. But to leave this out - everything else was perfect! Thank you for the lovely stay!

If you are in need of an appartment and not a hotel room, that will ensure you have a quiet and comfortable time in London - Point West is definately the way to go. We were really happy with our stay there. Best part is the fully-equipped kitchen that give you the opportunity to save a few pounds by eating in.

Great location - close to Sainsbury's, Waitrose and the tube, same side of London as Heathrow so you don't have to battle traffic to get to the airport. Nice apartment, clean and spacious.

Generally nice apartment, at least 60 sq.meters, which is decent size especially compared to London stadard of tiny hotel rooms.
I was afraid of noise from the tube, however the bedrooms were really quiet although on the 3rd floor. That was because my apartment was on the other side of the building, so my advise is to check which side of the building is your apartment facing in advance because some reviews are very critical about the noise. It really makes difference!
Otherwise great location, walking distance 10 mins to Hyde Park. Besides close underground station there also good connection by bus to all central attractions.

Although the receptionist was not too friendly nor helpful when we checked into the apartment, other than that, we are quite satisfy with the rooms. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the living room is spacious, bedrooms are OK in size. We booked a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom but came out to be only one bathroom, but overall is satisfactory.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and in an excellent location - quiet yet convenient for the museums and Harrods, and right next next door to Sainsburys. Criticisms are: i)the kitchen could do with updating (stained,burnt worktop)ii)the shower squirted water everywhere, needed updating iii)the bottom sheet on our large double bed was too small to tuck under the mattress, so it kept wrinkling up and I slept on the bare mattress most of the night! Also it would have been helpful if a dishcloth/washing up liquid/or dishwasher tablets had been provided.(Room 216)

The flat was dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it ourselves. The carpet was dirty, there was a awful odour in the fridge and we found some used female black tights behind the towels (previous occupants I can imagine). Cleanliness is of most importance for us as we have a small child. It is advertised as recently refurbished but this is misleading as the appliances are clearly very old (the shower, the mold in the bath). The flat was however very spacious and the location is excellent, with big supermarkets around. Need to improve the cleaning service provided.

When we showed up, the place stank of potent chemicals, which had presumably been used a little too aggressively to clean the place; this colored our entire experience. Fortunately we were able to air it out more or less effectively, but that first impression was a disaster. It left the impression that to person who had done the cleaning was just doing a job, and wasn't thinking about the quality of our stay; maybe their employer was not the company who rented us the apartment? The same impression was reinforced by everyone else we interacted with --- the desk staff couldn't help us with anything because they weren't empowered to, which was because the company renting us the apartment definitely was different from the company managing the building. Our DSL modem was broken, but the desk could not access the person who could service it for the same reason. Failure. The location, however, could not be beat.

We - a familiy with two children (13, 15) spend 3 nights in point west apartments. The apartment was great - we had a lot of place - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very big living room and a nice kitchen. in the kitchen dish clothes are missing or a sponge for cleaning the dishes. From outside you can hear the underground, it doesn`t matter for us, but if someone is very sensitive it might be disturbing.

Estuve cinco días de los cuales el primero tuve que estar limpiando porque estaba muy suicio, tuve que comprar un cepillo, balletas, trapos de cocina,etc... Sinceramente eso me decepcionó mucho porque creo que hay que cumplir unos mínimos. El resto,está bien ubicado, cerca de un Supermercado y del metro.

We had one of the smaller two-bedroom apartments, but it was plenty big for us and our adult children (be sure to ask for one with two bathrooms). Very convenient to the Gloucester Road tube stop, two excellent food/wine markets, the V&A and Natural History museums, and great shopping. The building is in the elbow of the junction between the District and Circle tube lines, so be prepared for some gentle rumbling. We'll definitely come back to Point West.

Great location. Apartment needs a good clean some pots were dirty in the cupboards. One of the put you up beds was unusable. Apt very dark. Kitchen needs someone to go through and check what is there.Mix and match crocks and cutlery give a bad impression. Some extra bin bags washing up liquid dishwasher tablets washing up cloth and a couple of extra toilet rolls would be good. These things are very cheap but save the customer having to run to the supermarket

Customer service was fantastic and very helpful Thanks Nick for looking after us with our early and unexpected check-in and for putting usinto a 2 bedroom when we had only requested a 1 bedroom. The apartment we found to be not very clean - in fact we don't believe it was cleaned at all after the previous occupier before we we accommodated. There was left over food in both the fridge and cupboards and we found fingernail clippings through the bath room and female hair 'bobby pins'over the lounge room floor. Overall the apartment did not feel clean and was in need of a spruce up and some repairs. The washing machine wrecked some of our clothing.Our money could have been better spent in a hotel and we would have room servicing and fresh linen and toiletries. Having stayed at other apartments throughout the UK we have found these basic's provided as complimentary.
