Very nice, very comfortable (says the particular traveller who spends a lot of time in hotels on the road). Easy location from which to explore and enjoy London.

The only fault in my opinion was that room service didn't show up a couple of times during my stay.
Location is great but transport wise is a bit far from the stations - we had to take lots of cabs.
On the other hand staff was very helpful, friendlt and attentive, I'll recommend this flat to anyone.

This is an excellent choice if you're looking for a little more than a hotel room. We were 4 adults in a 2 bedroom flat for 1 week and we needed the extras. We got it here, small kitchenette, very small washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Plaza also offers great room service at a reasonable price. The flat showed a liitle use, cracked tile on counter and cracked sink in master bath, but was clean and well stocked. The customer service is AWESOME! We did have a little noise problem when a family with young children moved in next door, the flats are not soudproofed. Be advised, there are few restaurants or activities in the area. We did find some on our way to Vauxhall tube, which is about a 10 minute walk. All in all a great experience, and we'd love to return in the future.

This is an excellent place to stay, customer service is second to none, the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Location is great, very close to the centre and sights. Would recommend without hesitation

We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were impressed with the size of the rooms and the apartment as a whole.
It was freezing outside but toasty warm inside - the heating is excellent if you are there in winter.
The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are sublime. The King-size bed in the master bedroom is HUGE!
We stayed a week and found it a convenient place to stay. It is three stops from Vauxhall tube station/rail on the bus - takes no time at all because buses come every 2-3 minutes. With an Oyster pass, we zipped around town with no trouble, so this location is absolutely fine.
If we stayed again, we would request the Parliament view which is stunning, rather than the western view.
The kitchenette is adequately stocked with pots etc (just) so the preparation of basic meals was possible. A large Sainsbury's is five bus stops away, so we stocked up for the week and we were able to have some homecooked meals which we were missing a bit.
