All was very nice except the room really is small. It always appears bigger on the fotos, but this time the difference was staggering - on the picture the apartment looked quite spacious, in reality there is just enough space to go around the bed.
The only other (minor) thing that could be improved is the communication around obtaining the key to the flat: we booked long in advance but were informed only two days before arrival (and one day later than advised) that we could enter the flat without a key. Knowing that earlier, we wouldn't have had to worry whether someone could meet us at midnight, whether we would get the instructions on time etc. You know that you are efficient and all will go fine, but someone who hasn't dealt with you before doesn't...!

Would Recommend?:
We loved it. It was a bit hard to find initially, but we put our bags in Left luggage at Paddington station (after the train from Heathrow) and walked and found it. It is a stones throw from edgeware road tube on the bakerloo line, and a little further from Paddington station (lots of lines). It has a view over paddington green with its old church and beautiful old trees and green grass. It is very convenient for tourists. The double studio apartment we had was small, but it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Our only minor complaints are that there was no toilet paper on our arrival, and there is only one bedside table with a reading light, and my wife and I are used to reading in bed.

Overall very good but... coat hangers, a toaster and hair dryer would have made it even better (Appartment 10)
