The room was only ok, it was very small and looked nothing like what i had seen on the website when i booked it,we couldnt turn off the air conditioning so that was very annoying, overall it was not the worst but I was expecting alot nicer. It was very clean and not in a bad location. Extremely small tho!

The executive Studio was perfectly adequate and clean. The desk was just a little small for working I was originally allocated s standard studio by mistake and that was very cramped. Overall good value for money.

The Apartment & location were fine. Pity the facilities provided didn't work, e.g the safe, the phone, the keys which cut out after midday, the TV in the alternate room offerred. Despite daily promises that these items would be fixed, after a week nothing had changed.

I had endless problems with the property - I had to run back to reception three times because the card key did not operate. The fridge in my room was dead but there was no alternative room available for the first night. The hotel kept my food in the FREEZER not the fridge and everything was frozen (including milk, yoghurt, fruit...) when I got it back the following morning. The lift was out of order when I tried to check out... I expect better maintenance.

The apartment is very good. However, in between, the lift failed (our apartment is on 4th floor) and it took nearly 4 days to repair due to which it was very uncomfortable.

I stayed in an Executive Suite for a total of six days and would have to say that at 105GBP per night it was the best value for money I have ever experienced after many years of business trips to London. The room bore no resemblance to the photos on the website and, like all London accommodation, was very small (note some Suites are smaller than others - I switched rooms during the stay) and was basically a hotel room with a kitchenette cupboard in the corner. But its fitout was brand new, had a brilliant bathroom, fully functional airconditioning (bliss in summer), and a great bed. The "kitchennete" was token and not useful for doing anything other than warming things in a microwave, but that was fine by me. I will stay here again. Note I have rated the facilities a 7 because I basically didn't use them, but I know they were there.

I have reserv 2 superior rooms that can be in each room 3 persons, but, when i arrived there i have 2 rooms small, in the first room it was a litte sofa/bed. in the secound rooms there is no space for a extra bed.

Would Recommend?:
Excellent apartment. Clean. Shower head reported as broken but otherwise could not fault it. Good area. Restaurants nearby and bus and tube close. Would use it again.
