We didn't receive the confirmation and entry details until several reminder phone calls and e-mails; but Clarendon were friendly and helpful once contacted. The appartment is modern, spacious and in a convenient setting. The dishwasher didn't work and TV reception is poor but those weren't major issues for us, though given the cost perhaps both could be improved.
