the apartment was clean, warm and a good size, the facilities were good although it could have been nicer if there had been light bulbs in all of the light fittings (3 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom had no bulbs). Wine glasses would have added a nice touch and a set of cutlery rather than odd knives (2) and forks (4) and spoons (4)and the bin was broken - the top would not stay closed and this meant it smelled after a day or two - we kept it closed by wedging it under a draw!

We had a great time there, the apartment had a fantastic view and it was very confortable.It is in a beautifull location just a five minutes walking from The Tower Brigde, near to everywhere you need to see from this awesome city that is London. You also have a super market just in front of the apartments wich is open during the whole day. We all hardly recommened it to everyone. We hope we could come back to there one day.

I was very impressed. For the price of an average London hotel room we had a 2 bedroom flat. The flat itself showed some signs of wear and tear but was perfectly acceptable. The lady to whom I spoke on encountering difficulty locating the key was very helpful and guided me through the process. I would rebook.
