Excellent location as it is nearby Kensington Gardens and the underground stations is centralised. A bit noisy especially at night due to nearby restaurants and pubs.

Great location and sized apartment, however the shower did not come up to standard, it took over 15 minutes for it to get warm enough and then wouldnt hold the right temperature, to add to that the head sprayed everywhere except where you need it to.

The apartment is quiet and comfortable. Wi-Fi works well, the elevator instead seems to have problems, in closets are completely missing the hangers. The kitchens facilities and are very good, so the bathroom.

Would Recommend?:
Travelling with 2 children under 4, we were after some extra space. This sopartment was very spacious, and was close to lots of grocery stores, restaurants, Hyde park, and tube stops.
Only two minor downsides, the bathroom was quite old and worn, and though the peppery had an elevator, it did not stop on our floor (6 steps off) and it barely fit our compact stroller, so be aware if travelling with little children.

Excellent location, good facilites and very handy small shops close by for supplies, making it easy for a family with children between 5-10 years old. My only criticism is that sound travels very easily between the floors, but otherwise a great heritage building, 10 minutes walk to Paddington Station.

Unit was clean and had all the basics. Some issues:
- Safe did not work. Once we called we where given a code but it was un-changeable so was useless.
- roof in bedroom leaked. made a driping sound all night
- on arrival there is no information in the room about how to access the wifi, use safe, use washing machine etc. I suggest that be provided.
