The apartment suited us well, the location was close to Victoria which made it easy to travel. Walking from Victoria to the hotel, we passed the hotel/apartments, because we didn't know the entrance was on the side.
The bathroom should have been cleaner. And the sinks/shower should have a battery so that you don't have one crane for hot water and one for cold water.
A bit worn down apartment, but when we looked away from that it was great!

Our large 2 bedroom appartment was spacious with plenty of cupboards/wardrobes/chests of drawers. The position is excellent especially for anyone arriving from Gatwick

Nice large apartments, if a little old decor. Location is excellent, but some services (e.g. wifi, car parking) are pretty exorbitant.

Apartment good. Instructions needed for television - it was a bit of hit and miss. The people downstairs need to be more attuned to the apartments. They sat us down for nearly an hour looking foir the key. when they found it and sent us up, it was the wrong apartment!

Great apartment with excellent location. We rented the 3 bedroom apt and it was clean, and the kitchen had all the facilities we needed. The customer service at Thistle hotel really made us feel like one of their guests, and were really helpful.

The reception staff and in paritcular the concierge at the Thistle were terrific. We really appreciated there assistance and nothing was a problem for them. They were great.

The 3-bedroom apartment was big enough for 6 people, and had 2 toilets which was a nice surprise. Only one shower though. Kitchen suplies were all there, at least what we needed. The apartment was clean, had some signs of use and the furniture was a bit old and tainted but evertyhing was in good working order and the overall impression was good. Not the most modern place or 5-star apartment, but for us it was evertyhing we needed. The location was suberb, tube station 2 blocks away and buss station 3 blocks away. Easy and fast to get to all the main sights and shopping streets! And a big plus was direct buss lines to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely go back, even though the price could be tiny bit lower for the condition of the apartment...
