The kitchen did not have a coffee maker and lack utensils, no dish washing soap, we did ask for a 3 rd plate and got it. One of the beds was a fold out and on the 2nd night that bed broke and my friend sleep on the floor. It was replace with real bed the next day. The staff were prompt with all request.

Nowhere to sit except two hard chairs crammed in beside the bed with a tiny table. No place yoiu could work or relax - I would have expected one or the other. TV at max volume could only be heard if you sat on the floor beside it and sound and vision not synchronised. Single beds unbelievably narrow and the blinds did not close - two of the poles to close them had come off [sitting in the room but not attached] and the ceiling was too high to allow us to try and replace them. This gave a fine view of the BT Tower, which is brightly lit at night!! Not ideal preparation for the London Marathon and we left a day early

Would Recommend?:
Good value at a great price. Rooms were clean and very good location. The kitchen set up was a good bonus. Rooms were cleaned weekly though, so you need to buy your own toilet paper. Lights in the stairs and hallways over the weekends, and no one was in the office to report it too or fix it. No elevators too, so don't bring any big luggage.
Internet for my gf's computer was supposedly set up, but never worked. The internet set up on my computer was also very very slow for having paid for wifi already.
Worth it all just for the price and location though.

First time we had done this and apartment was a bit of a surprise. Certainly clean and with all the facilities but rather tired. Beds hard, pillows awful.

All in all, it was what you would expect for the cheap price we paid, at 100 pounds a night. The location was perfect. The cooking facilities were helpful, although one comment was the kitchen utensils were not particularly clean. There was debris in the kettle, and we resorted to boiling our water in pots. The hallway had a bad fishy smell which thankfully did not get into our room. Air conditioning was great to have in the hot weather when we were there, and worked well. The shower was quite weak, and perhaps that's a rationing thing. There is no lift and so if you have heavy luggage and live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, be prepared to muscle them up the stairs.
We would say it is what you would expect for the price, and would recommend it to those who are on a tight budget and yet want to stay in a central location. The cooking facilities are useful to keep costs down, when you can cook for yourselves. Try and get produce from the local Farmers' Markets as it is very fresh and prices are reasonable.

I stayed in the appartment for two nights. 100 pounds per night.
The appartment was in the 4th floor without stairs. When I first had a look in the appartment it was dirty and they had to clean it again.
I had to go pick the keys from another building 10 minutes away and I didn't find the appartment keys so I stayed for 20 more minutes there waiting that they get replacement keys.
The appartment isn't more than a normal double bed hotel room just with a small kitchnete and microwave. Quite a walk from the Tube stations.

The best thing about these apartments is the location, it's fantastic for theatre land, Soho and Covent Garden in one direction and Camden market in the other - perfect!
I was a little bit disapointed in the standard of the apartment, from the photos I'd seen I thought the decor would be more modern, and there would be lounge furniture. My bed wasn't very comfy, I could feel the springs, but my two friends' were ok. Having said all this though, it was very clean and suited our needs fine as we didn't spend much time in it anyway, and for the price it's a real bargain and I would stay there again.
