Unfortunately there was a mix up with the booking and the conceirge had not got the information about our stay. The emergency number only took messages. We had an anxious few hours waiting to be contacted and thought we might have to go straight home again with our 3 children 3.5 hours drive away!!
The service was good from then and we were offered an extra stay. The appartment was comfortable and ideal for business users. Could be better for families visiting - little things like no teapot, electric hob not working, satellite TV not working. To be fair we did not ask for them to be repaired while staying as it was nice not to have constant telly on!
Good base to stay if visiting sites as ony ~15 minutes from central London on Jubilee line. Waitrose and v good restaurants 5 mins walk away in Canary Wharf. Nice coffee and patisserie in place on ground floor of West building.
