Apartment is OK but it is obvious that money is being saved from the maintenance budget! The window blinds were broken, the TV didn't work (something wrong with the aerial socket), there had been a leak from the apartment above and the roof was all stained and cracked and there was a bad smell from the toilet. The guy who checked us in was very courteous and helpful but the location of the check-in building is ridiculous. The apartment location, right beside Paddington Station was great but because we had luggage we had to get a taxi from Paddington Station to the check-in building and then back to Paddington Station where the apartment was as it's a 20 minute walk from the station.

Everything perfect but two problems:
- The sofa bed was stuck closed when we got there, and one of us had to sleep on the floor on the first night. It was promptly fixed the day after;
- At night you could hear a constant drop coming from outside.

Our apartment at Paddington which was a "bed sitter" complete with kitchenette/washing machine & dryer was excellent. The apartment was clean and in a fabulous location to be able to walk every where and within a few minutes from Paddington Station. Can highly recommend Central London Apartments.

Nous etions au 32,Ivernesse Terasses et pas au 9, Talbot Sq,
nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait aller chercher la clé de l'appartement à l'agence et cela n'a pas été très agreable de rester devant la porte d'entré fermée
