Would Recommend?:
Small, clean, quiet and comfortable.Quite satisfactory as a place for a short stay. Size of room would probably better suit a solo traveller. Handy for subway (Queensway and Bayswater stations).

These 'luxury apartments' were more akin to a large hotel/hostel environment. We arrived expecting a building with a few, nice apartments.
We arrived in the evening and were given the keys to our room, which was in the basement of the building with no windows to the outside - only to what appeared to be an unfinished courtyard. We paid the £10 extra for the medium room, which was very very small and not much different from the small room that we requested to move to.
The staff was very friendly and allowed us to move to a small room that actually had a window to the street. This room, however, was absolutely filthy - there were greasy handprints on the walls, sticky floors, and questionable stains on the one chair that was in the room. The bathroom was clean, but on the small side. After a terrible nights' sleep on the slanted and uneven mattress, we cut our 3-night stay short and ended up losing £90 due to a cancellation fee.
We booked 2 nights at the Novotel for around £200 which included a full breakfast, larger rooms, and a clean environment.
We deeply regret staying at these 'apartments' and would not recommend them unless you are looking for overpriced accommodation that more resembles a hostel than a luxury apartment.

Would Recommend?:
Nice clean, spacious apartment with a little kitchenette and everything we really needed. Only one problem with our stay, and that was the internet. Firstly you have to pay for it, which we didn't realise when we booked, but that was ok. Secondly, it just didn't work for the first week. The staff were really good about it, and when it did work they gave us free access, which was wonderful and made a big difference to the scores here, but the actual IT infrastructure seemed a bit shonky.

Overall I was satisfied by the studio apartment. Clean, tidy and no carpet :-)
The location is awesome, just by Bayswater tube station, north of Hyde Park.
I only have a few minor remarks:
1) The room was at the -1 level, meaning very little light; and on top of this,
2) the window was not working properly. To keep it open we had to stick the tea boiler in between!
3) The room was smaller than what shown in the picture.

we were apprehensive at first as we had read more negative than positive reviews. However we were very satisfied with the apartment except it was at the basement (the hotel said all bigger rooms are situated at basement). The 4 beds were adequate, lovely hot strong showers, kitchen facilities fine, even has iron but no hairdryer.
Only negative thing is if the neighbouring apartment cooks/smokes one can smell as we have to open the windows for light and fresh air.

Would Recommend?:
We booked for four people. Fridge not cleaned out from previous guests - large bag of ice in freezer and the freezer needed defrosting. Bedding was provided for 4 but there was insufficient crockery and seating for 4. Really is a 2 person apartment. Shower very small so will not accommodate a large person comfortably. Very hot as the apartment faced the west so had to leave the door open to get some air into the place. Staff were excellent - very friendly. I would use these apartments again.

Good location, close to bus stops, underground stations, supermarkets and restaurants. No breakfast provided, but cooking facilities available. Deposit required for hairdryer, charge for use of left luggage room.

Would Recommend?:
For a first timer, I was very impressed by the booking service and its location. Let down by broken baby cot, which i requested a month beforehand with no alternative offered. When i asked for it to be removed and replaced by an extra duvet+pillows, i was assured by person in charge in the morning but nothing was provided upon my return that evening and instead i had to make do with bedsheets+towels! Parents be warned.
