Would Recommend?:
the apartment was spacious - enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. The facilities were fine, although a few more kitchen items would have been helpful (salad bowls etc). To our surprise it was cleaned everyday, with sheets and towels changed every couple of days. The location is very central and perfect for small children as were right across from Hyde Park. We would stay again here.

The location of the building is very convenient for the Hyde park, Oxford Street and queen's way street. The bus stop and the underground only few steps fromthe building. However the lift is very small and had hard time when moving the luggage.

We were a group of five ladies. We can highly recommend this apartment to other people. The location were really good. We just had to cross the street to go to Lancaster Gate Underground.

Loved location right accross from Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station. We really enjoy traveling with a kitchen and washing machine. So much easier than eating out all the time. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Quiet with double pane windows and A/C which helped reduce the humidity. Would stay again.

Everything was very good. We did stay in the apartment until the early afternoon so they skipped cleaning the apartment and did not return to bring fresh towels.
There is a washer but no dryer. If you want to dry your clothes you must the clean wet clothes and then hang them out to dry. The apartment did provide and iron and ironing board.

Would Recommend?:
We stayed in a refurbished apartment which was beautifully done, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Our grade of 7 for the range of facilities is low because there was no telephone (yet - to be installed) and the brand new washing machine didn't work, but the staff did our washing downstairs. We were very well looked after. We would definitely stay at Fountain House again and will recommend it to our family and friends

The apartment was located next to Hyde Park,and Kensington Gardens and was close to the Lancaster Gate Tube. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the accommodation, the security and the service

We went with my parents and my children, lots of space, bathrooms were great, so was kitchen. Across the street from Hyde Park and Underground stop. I didn't want to leave. Thanks!

Problems with the hot water in one shower went unaddressed and when finally "fixed", broke down again the next day. Light bulbs wer not replaced after 3 requests. Elevator is much too small. There are no maps or information about the area. There wer only 3 channels on the TV.
