Location not well known even to London Taxi.perhaps an address should be given on crawford road. There really should be a person on site to attend to queries and porter service etc. The bin disposalshould be done by owner on a daily basis. the key to rubbish receptacle never worked and there was no place for disposal.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment - it was perfect for our family of 4 over the New Year's holidays. It was very clean and well-maintained; in fact we had the impression the apartment had been rarely used (a good thing as everything was in such great shape). The location is excellent, the apartment is on the large side and had everything we could possible need: washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, dishwashing and laundry liquid, etc. I personally appreciated the welcome kit of Molton Brown body products in the bathroom!

Our one complaint is that the building itself is quite noisy/walls thin. We had an apartment full of kids next to us during our stay and they kept us awake every night until at least 1 AM. I am a light sleeper and although this apartment is on the 3rd floor, I could hear every fire door in the building, and the front door slamming every time it was open and shut. I didn't have a full night's sleep the entire stay. We would definitely stay in this apartment again however, I'll just be sure to bring the earplugs next time!
