Staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean with daily hosuekeeping.
Well equipped apartment with washing machine in apartment and dryers in basement. However, apartment, furnitures and carpets are old and worn out. High time they refurbish the apartment to continue charging the rate they are asking for. Location is excellent. Sainsbury is 5 mins away, Waitrose, Tesco Express and Gloucester underground are less than 10 mins away.

The evening reception man was very polite and kind. He answered all our questions. The red wine was a positive surprice. The smell of deodorant by electricy was too strong to us. The morning newspaper "woke up" us. The location was near shops and metro. The neigbourhood was calm and silent. The tv offered lots of channells. The taxi to airport( and driver service), which we ordered from reception, was excellent. We like to stay there and we will recommed the apartments to our friends. Thank you!

The appartment was small. Dining table was that small that we with a party of 6 could hardly have a dinner. In two rooms the beds were unstable. There was a constant cold draft through the windows. In short quite a dissapointment.

We loved staying here. Location was perfect-near tube and walk to museums, shopping etc. Apartment was clean and beautifully maintained.

b: blanket on kingsize bed only double size- use a larger king-sized blanket
c: booklet for guests is not clear and easy to understand. eg: nowhere does it state that you need to dial '0' for the front desk. Also, local telephone charges should be clearly explained.

This was a really good place to stay. Good location with access to tube not far off. Nice pub to eat in - the Blackbird - nearby. Very good being able to book apartment for just three nights, not a whole week which we wouldn't have needed.
Apartment was warm, quiet, clean and well equipped. The staff were lovely; friendly and helpful.
Only one small moan - there is wifi available but it's a stonking £9 a day - for each device. I cheerfully rang reception and gave a code for the phone and one for the ipad, and only then found out the price. Would have been £18 a day to use both! The reception staff were very helpful and happy to cancel it, and I just used the phone's 3g after that. Phone signal not brilliant in the apartment though - my husband couldn't get one at all and I had to stand by the window. If you were in a basement flat you might not have got any signal, and with no wifi you would be uncontactable. If this is important to you, it's something to consider.
Overall though, this was a really good experience and I would certainly book again. It was so good to have somewhere comfortable and welcoming to come 'home' to in the evenings.

Very convenient location for our wish to be near the Mueums in London and to enable us not to worry about small children in a hotel.
Very helpful and accommodating staff.
The apartment was spotless and serviced daily to a high standard.
It could do with some refurbishment and the biggest issue was the noise of upstairs guests due to the creaking floorboards.
Still much better than a hotel though !

Slightly old property, but large and spacious compared to hotels at the same price. Location is great with plenty eateries around so you dont really miss room service. However we felt that the front desk could have been a little more hospitable.. they didn't smile at us much! Otherwise its a great place and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was ideal for us and I was impressed by the space and facilities - just two groans - the beds were very hard and it seemed the mattresses were lumpy and in need of updating - hence the low score for comfort. The apartment was very clean however.
Second groan was the shower - my daughter and I both have long hair and it had a very weak flow and took hours to rinse out our hair! I expected a power shower at the least.

Having had some problems with online bookings on previous occasions, I was very pleasantly surprised by the prompt and efficient responses I received to my enquiries from Collingham Apartments before arrival. I was even more pleased upon arrival to see that, for once, you actually get what is promised; beautifully appointed premises in a great location (property situated in a quiet residential street with very little or no drive-through traffic, yet with quick, easy access to the nearest shops, restaurants and bus/tube stops), spotlessly clean, and with friendly and efficient staff. We were a group of 5 in an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 pull-out sofa, but even this was very comfortable and could have easily accommodated a 6th person. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom spotless and the patio great for relaxing outside. Thank you also for the complimentary wine and chocolates upon arrival, and the discreet delivery of the morning papers. I have no hesitation in recommending Collingham Apartments warmly to everyone. Great value for money!

We had a fabulous time, there were 5 of us staying for a birthday- on arrival we were able to check in early and had a bottle of red wine waiting for us in our apartment. Nothing was too much trouble- A taxi was booked for us by reception to Chelsea where we had a delightful dinner!!! Checkout is at midday and we received a courtesy call asking if we required any help with our luggage- to make the experience even better we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment, even after check out, whilst we spent the rest of the day in London!!! Fantastic stay- we will definitely be back!!!! Thank you.

The standard of the apartment was very good, and we had a great decked veranda with a table and chairs, and plant pots! The Reception staff were not the friendliest, but 24 hour reception was great for the late night/early hour entry back 'home'. The sofa bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, as the mattress was about 6cm thick! It was comfier to move the mattress onto the floor, rather than suffer from the springs of the bed! We didn't realise we had to pay £20 extra per night to get bedding for the sofa bed either!
The area was really nice and quiet, and only 8 min walk from Earls Court Station with some nice cars to look at on the way, to pass the time!
I would definitely stay here again, but would 'shot-gun' the main bedroom!
