Travelling in a group of 4 (with 2 teenagers) it was a great location. In walking distance of most of the common sights. Only 100 meters from Trafalger Square you can walk in any direction for sights.

Excellent location and very helfpful and friendly staff. However apartment was ordinary. Looked tired.Smelt stale. We hated the spiral staricase and the toilet being on lower level which meant night time trips to the toilet were difficult. Found food smells coming in vents in toilet and bathroom very unpleasant, made us all feel nauseated. Disliked the way bedroom doors could not be left open. Found the hallway, especially carpet(Level 8) really awful-

Would Recommend?:
Stayed in both Studio apartment and the one bedroom apartment. The Studio is REALLY small. The 'One bed' is of a good size. The kitchen is also very very tiny....and not very well equipped. There was no 'non -stick pan'!!....so a simple 'fried egg' was not possible!! I did enquire at Reception but that did not help. The 'music system' was not connected...I had to connect the speakers myself.... rest was good
