Very bizarre place! Cheap but not cheerful as such thing doesn't exist in London. Booked there as I though Chelsea so it cant be all that bad! The service is great which is strange but the bed was the most painful matttress I ever slept on!! Think springs piercing your back. Then the noise was unbelievable. All night long you can hear people talking and walking in the hall way and outside your window. When it comes to cleanness as I said the staff is superb but the problem is that everything is too old and it smells!! I felt so bad the whole time as we couldn't find an alternative but towards the end I kind of forgave it as the location was great.

Booked two bedroom apartment with sleeping sofa in livingroom. Sleeping sofa was terrible, otherwise nice apartment with perfect location for exploring London.

The apartment was not big, but large enough for 1 couple.
We appreciated the fact to be on the 7th floor and have a view on the city, above the other buildings, as well as the location, at the intersection of different underground lines.
The problem that we faced is that the heating didn't work very well since when it was on, it worked at his maximum capacity, so that we had to open the window to cool the room.
But overall, I would recommend those apartments!

Clean functional apartment with a good size bed though it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in. Good size bathroom and kitchen and the windows opened wide to keep the room cool. Happy to stay there again.

The apartment was clean, however there was no service on the weekend so our trash was quite full come Monday. Also we were told that linins would be changed at least once. This was not done. Mot quite sure what housekeeping did. The reception staff was very helpful. The overall cleanliness and location of the building itself were great.

The info on website gave the impression that the apt was bigger than in fact it was.While I appreciate space is scarce in London,it was a bit of a shock on arrival to see how small it was.I would recommended this apt but would warn wouldbe customers about the size.

It was too noisy. Too noisy. You could hear all the cars and noises from the street. There were no shades in the windows and a lot of light came in at night.
