there are a number of things to beware of
firstly the location isnt easy to find and for someone not familiar with London is difficult . It isnt on a road where you find lots of black cabs.
Second the blinds let in too much light so night time is constantly illuminated.
Access and exit from the site is very poor at times having to rely on the security man to let you in and out feels like you are in the third world. It just inconvenient and too security conscious to make you feel comfortable
Most important it is incredibly noisy, Traffic is non stop throughout the night outside and very very close.
On the plus side the apartments are modern and attractive but not many good restaurants are close by the area is a bit downmarket.
The staff are welcoming and helpful and the decor bright and trendy

It was a perfect Apartment, very clean and modern, very comfortable beds and very nice and helpful receptionists.
Unfortunately there is no tube Station nearby. Best choice is the bus 137 or, even better, the Train to Victoria Station.

Poor micro location which may improve as the area develops - for the price, we had expected better - pehaps should have done more on 'Streetview'. Whilst the main facilioties [beds tables chairs etc] were good there was a distinct lack of kitchen kit. We were very warm in early October so I'd watch out for the summer months - no AC. The promised milk when we arrived was a couple of cartons of longlife - it doesn't take much really does it? There's a shop across the road.

The noise from the traffic at night sometimes made sleeping very difficult. Overall the rooms were neat and well kept which was a major consideration of the choice of the apartment.

Wow. We were AMAZED at how nice this apartment was. We had two bedrooms and a very large, open living/dining/kitchen area. All of the furniture and appliances are new and look great. We were so glad to have a washing machine! We were two young couples and found it wonderful. NOTE: It is not especially easy to find (even our cab driver had difficulty) so get some good directions before attempting to find it! It is on the same block as the Battersea Park Railway Station (which works with a Tube Oyster card or similar tickets) and connects you quickly (only one stop) to Victoria Station (where you can catch the Tube, busses, tour busses, and anything else!). I highly recommend this place--you will love it!
