Me and my partner recently stayed at the Cartwright Apartments and enjoyed a lovely time there. The location is excellent, with 3 underground stations only 8 - 10 minutes walk away. There is also a waitrose (supermarket) which is only 5 minutes away, so you can do your food shopping without any hassle. There are many shops and restaurants close by and St. Pancras is only 10 minutes walk away. The British Museum is only 15 minutes walk away and the location of the apartment allows you to walk anywhere, without having to spend too much on transport fees.
The apartment is slightly small, but it contains nearly everything you need. There are cupboards and a wardrobe to put everything in, so you will have some space to walk around. My partner and I had two small suitcases and a large bag but there were still sufficient space for us to walk around and there's also space under the bed which you can put stuff under.
The apartment was very clean and bright, the bathroom was small but had all the amenities you could need. It's warm in the bathroom too, so you're not shivering when you step out.
The internet is not wireless, so that's one of the minor downfalls but it is a good speed. The DVD player works perfectly. When cooking, there is a very limited space and the sink is in an awkward place. They do provide almost all the kitchen appliances and cutlery. The only issue I had was that the pots and pans had no lids, but it wasn't a big issue.
Other than that the place is a nice and quiet place, nice and private and I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is tiny! By being careful and moving slowly we avoided accidents. Apart from that it was a perfect base for our London holiday. With fridge, cooking facilities, heating for winter, airconditioning for summer, comfy bed, easy access, and very pleasant, helpful staff we were entirely satisfied.

Good size, modern and clean apartment on the top floor, so a long way to haul your luggage, but very quiet and comfortable. Nice area, very good reception by the staff, ideal for business use or a break away for a couple.

It's a good apartment. It's not that small, the kitchen is very complete for an apartment. The only negative side that I can mention is that it doesn't have an elevator. It's really exhausting to get your luggage up if you have such a luck as we did that we got assigned our apartment on the last floor. The customer service is ok, it's not great, but at least they are no rude.

The only thing was that we would have needed another bag for the bin, a lid for the pan and the insolation from the window is poor.
But we'll come back FOR SURE, maybe next Feb already!
