Would Recommend?:
Dining table could be bigger for 8 persons. Also living room sofas needs to be replace with new ones and TV is too small. There are also nice backyard terrace but doors were closed and we did not find the key. Location is excellent and everything worked as promised. Plenty of space even for bigger group, excellent choice!

Having been forewarned that apartments in London were tiny, we were amazed when we stepped into our apartment 12A. It was huge. 3 bedrooms downstairs (2 with 3 singles and 1 with 2 singles), 1 bathroom and an ensuite, plus laundry with washer and dryer. Upstairs was a large galley kitchen (with limited cookware, and no dishwashing gear), a large dining room and very large lounge with 3 couches. For our family of 6 it was ideal. Our children are were aged between 5 and 12 and really enjoyed the space. The location was amazing, very short walk to Russell Square tube station, very yummy Indian, and good Italian restaurants, not to mention a local Tesco Express. This all made for a fantastic stay in London.

I would have liked to have had a few more plates, cups and cutlery in the kitchen. I never used the dishwasher as there were too few items. It also would have been nice if there was a small container of dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry coap. There was no teapot or coffee maker in the suite which surprised me. Other than that it was a nice big flat and it was quiet and we liked the location.

The apartment was in a great area of the city, close to 2 Underground stations for great line access, inexpensive but very good pubs (Marquis Cornwallis has phenomenal food and beer) and stores for basic staples. The apartment was clean and had all of the basic needs to stay comfortably -- flatware, silverware, linens, towels, etc. The main selling point for this apartment is location. We were able to eat and drink better in that area of the city for less money than the other zone we stayed in.

Comments: very cold place the first two days - until we found out how to turn the heat on.... And we did not find out by reading in any of the papers we were given. The hot water was off a copple of days. The door knot to the toilet fell off - and could not be opened from the inside... The maddress´ on the beds should have had an ekstra kind of groundsheet because you could fell the spring/tongues. But apart from that, we all liked it;-)

11A Bedford Place is a very large apartment providing flexible accommodation for different party sizes. For our young family (three children aged 4,3 and 1)it proved an excellent place to stay. The kitchen was plenty big enough for all the food preparation needed (as always with rental properties, a few knives that are actually sharp and a can-opener that worked are needed). The living accommodation is huge, with one large room set up as a dining room and the other as a living room, but being open plan it served us very well as playroom/living space/eating area.
Downstairs there are three good sized rooms, a family bathroom and one en-suite bathroom.
The things I would point out as issues for us, given the age of our family are:
- Not having a bathroom upstairs alongside the living space was at times problematic (see banister and door issues below)
- The banister to the right of the stairs as you are walking down is much too widely spaced - a young child could easily fall between the rails and there is a very big drop from the top
- The doors are very heavy and strongly spring-loaded which meant a few heart-stopping moments when one of the older children narrowly missed catching their own or their younger sibling's fingers in the doors.
The location is excellent, with a small playground in the park just moments from the front door and very easy access to the underground and central london activities.

Would Recommend?:
Spaceful apartment located in the heart of London near the British Museum, with a lot of bus stops nearby. The apartment was clean and the beds correct, the only negative thing to notice is that toilet paper would have been useful on arrival.

Would Recommend?:
Good Location spacious but dirty. Carpets have stains as if there had been multiple fraternity parties. To bad because with just a little upkeep it would be OK. I would not go back. Even my teenagers thought it was dirty
The apartment was very dusty, they did not bother with cleaning it despite we requested that more than one time. The customer service is very poor.
Its really costly compare with the service they provide.
