We were a mixed party of 6 friends staying just one night - we are from different areas of the country and were coming together in London to have a day together and night out, and this was a great value alternative to getting hotel rooms, working out around £50/person.
The 3 bedroom apartment that we were first put into unfortunately had a leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms, but the staff at Allen House sorted us out and fitted us into 2 apartments (a one-bed and a two-bed) just across the hall from eachother, at the same cost.
The range of facilities was excellent, everything you could need is there, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a great time - would definitely recommend it.

The appatment was fantastic, very spacious and clean. It had few very useful things such as towel and washing up liquid.
The street is not too loud.
The ladies at reception were really helpful prior to our visit and once there as well.
We would definitively stay there again.

My group thoroughly enjoyed staying at Allen House. The only problems encountered by our group was the plumbing/bath water situation and the bottom bunk bed was quite uncomfortable. We absolutely loved the location and Julie was a complete doll!!! She was always ready with a smile and to get things done. She makes Allen House an even better place to stay! ;-)

These apartments are old but that is what you expect in London. Staff were very friendly, efficient and the rooms were clean. Be prepared to climb stairs or ask for ground floor as it takes a few days to get the knack of ordering the lift. Lift can only take a couple of people.
Location is excellent right on Kensington High Street shopping and transport. Easy access to the rest of London. Highly recommended especially for large families.

Very nice apartment with good facilities, excellent customer service and location. We will definitely come back in the future! The only minor convenience was that the heating was automatically turned off each night, so it got rather cold.
