My group thoroughly enjoyed staying at Allen House. The only problems encountered by our group was the plumbing/bath water situation and the bottom bunk bed was quite uncomfortable. We absolutely loved the location and Julie was a complete doll!!! She was always ready with a smile and to get things done. She makes Allen House an even better place to stay! ;-)

Would Recommend?:
These apartments are old but that is what you expect in London. Staff were very friendly, efficient and the rooms were clean. Be prepared to climb stairs or ask for ground floor as it takes a few days to get the knack of ordering the lift. Lift can only take a couple of people.
Location is excellent right on Kensington High Street shopping and transport. Easy access to the rest of London. Highly recommended especially for large families.

Ideally situated between a tube station and Waitrose. Walking distance from Albert Hall for the evening concert we attended.

Would Recommend?:
Very nice apartment with good facilities, excellent customer service and location. We will definitely come back in the future! The only minor convenience was that the heating was automatically turned off each night, so it got rather cold.

This apartment is great. It's clean and the people are very nice. The location is in a good place, near the tube and near de Portobello Market!
