Our water heaters were out of service for many days during our stay and no fast response from the reception, now I'm facing a problem with the T.V satellites and waiting for someone to fix it!

Would Recommend?:
We booked the penthouse (4 people) for 3 weeks. Double room is small, but the master is good size and the rest of the apartment is very nice and comfortable. The cleaning needs to improve, the first cleaner was very thorough and the apartment was well cleaned, but the second one did not do a great job, just changed the sheets and the towels and vacuumed, but I suspect she just rinsed the bathrooms with water, because it didn't look clean when we came back. Floor wasn't mopped either. Concierges are very nice and helpful. More plates, cups and glasses would be nice (we had just 4 of each) and a instruction manual for the washing/drying machine would be very useful. Also, you could include in your welcome pack a sponge for washing the dishes, because the nearby Tesco sells washing liquid but no sponge...
