We booked, and payed for, a superior suite and got a suite with a second room like a closet. In our suite wifi didn't work, the tv didn't work for days and the tv in the master bedroom never worked. The suite was fit for 5 people, but crockery was only for three. When we sent a complaint they replied that we didn't understand the reservation. An unpleasant stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay in very homely surrounds. Every facility seemed available. Spacious and quite luxurious. The location made easy access to all we wanted to do. Thank you and hope to have the opportunity to stay again

The apartment is in an ideal location to explore London, based in a quiet residential area but with the tube station and lots of restaurants nearby. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and clean. My only small criticism is that there were 6 in our party but only soft easy chairs for 4. Also, the number of glasses and cutlery needs to be increased to cater for 6 people. Overall, I would stay here again and have already recommended it to others

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment here for a week with two young children. The building is looked after by a fantastic manager who helped us set up cots for the children and ensured we were settled in comfortably. The apartment was much bigger and better equipped than I expected for the location and price. I will definitely be staying here again and can recomend this to anyone.

Great apartment. 5 min from S.Kensinton tube. Safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Lots of FnB options. Apartment was relatively new and most importantly, very clean. Only set-back was creaky floorboards. Guess it is the case with apartments of this type. Great value for money ! Will definitely stay again next in London.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in the 2-bedroom apartment for 2 mature and 2 young adults The space in one bedroom is too small for 2 beds. Location is near enough to an underground station. Amenities and service in the apartment were within expectation. Lighting problems were attended to promptly but not completely resolved, e.g. some bulbs were changed by caretaker, David, but light over shower and bed-side lamp were not working for the 4-night stay. Toilet facilities were working but not efficiently enough, e.g. water at bottom of shower and basin in common toilet drained too slowly. No shelves were provided for shampoo and liquid soap in both bath-tub and shower. Flushing mechanism for both WCs were working but it required 2-3 flushings to clear the waste.

The apartment was very good as was the service. The only thing I could suggest to improve is the provision of more cooking utensils (ie a frypan)and some detergent for the washing machine and the dishwasher. Note the detergents were provided on request.

Electric sockets are a bit dodgy and the curtains could do with some maintenance (hard to open/close). Minimal glassware in kitchen so don't expect to have more than one drink unless you use the same glass or wash it in between. Overall clean and well located though

The lift was very slow, although it's an old building.
The noise coming through the floor from the upstairs apartment was a bit much early morning.

Very dirty curtains and lot of dust under the beds. It is not a real five person accomodation as it was intended to be; the fifth bed was in the middle of the living room

There were only three teaspoons although the app. for five persons. There were "wide range" of different tipes of glasses but weren't five same of them.If there had been a table-cover we could have protected the old table easier.

Our stay was just for one night but we could have stayed forever. The apartment was clean and well presented. Our only word of caution would be that the pillows were feather filled and an Asthma sufferer would be best advised to bring their own. The manager was very helpful and welcoming, quite a rarity in this day and age. We slept soundly with very little external noise, you would not have known you were in the heart of the capital. Local amenities were very local, with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance.
Thank you.
Thank you.
