We needed more information for how to use the oven, washing machine etc. There were no trays for the oven making it difficult to cook. Also two of the cooktops were not in operation. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

I reserved 1 deluxe bedroom and we were in 1 sloane avenue.
1 lamp in the bedroom broken, 1 lamp in the kitchen broken, the gaz cook top didn't work,the windows glasses were dirty, and everywhere it didn't smell good... in front of our entrance door , babies chairs and beds. Really not smart. You said like an hotel, but nobody to help with our luggages (no lifts). Really not happy with the flat ...
