Nice apartment, spacy, nice kichenette. Newly refurbished. Modern. Excellent location. Very quiet on top floor.
Negative: some towels quite dirty, even they were washed, dirty windows, in shower cabinet spots black with dirt. Proposal: put some hooks on the walls for coats etc, also in the bathroom. Provide one or two kitchen towels to dry the dishes.

While the apartment was clean and quite comfortable,the lift was out of order the whole time we were there. As our apartment was on the TOP (5th) floor, imagine the drudgery of having to climb up so many flights of narrow ans steep steps everytime we went in and out! Worst of all, we checked out on a Sunday and there was nobody to help us with our bags down the horrendous stairs!!!As we are from the other side of the world, we obviously had heavy bags, so luckily we had our adult son with us, otherwise it would have been impossible for an elderly couple to drag the bags all the way downstairs. Just a "Sorry, can't be helped" from the reception did not help the situation.
In addition, the wireless connection in the apartment was terrible - it kept disconnecting every 30 seconds!
For the money we paid, we could have easily obtained much better accomodation in London.

We made our reservation in April. When we arrived, we were informed that the lift was not working and we had an apartment in the FIFTH FLOOR with No elevator. We asked to be moved, we are both over 60 and it was impossible for us to go up and down 5 floors!!. They gave us a studio the following morning, but we had rented a one bedroom apart. and they could only give us a studio and they did not give us back the extra money we had paid for the one bedroom.
Rooms was not serviced one day, so we had to ask them to send somebody earlier. I was last year in another one of your appartments on Pricess Sq. which was much better!!!! Sorry because I visit London once a year, and liked the location. Do not recomment this place!!!

Initially I had trouble finding the a Apartment but a phone call to the office solved this problem. The Apartment clean and comfortable in what appeared to be a safe area of the city with 2 train stations and bus at the end of the street it did not take us long finding our way around. Would stay there again if the meed arises.

The location was excellent, very easy for getting anywhere around London.The only draw back was the decor itself, very sparce, not even a picture on the wall or any bed side lights! The bed was hard and uncomfortable with only one pillow each and a very thin duvet. It was clean though and felt secure.

Great location, very well maintained building, clean and comfortable. They only thing I would have wanted (for travelers from outside the UK) is instructions on using the oven which took me way too long to figure out and better TV.
This second time however was disappointing. Most of the furniture was damaged to different degrees: one lamp was missing a light-bulb, the other didn't work, the drawer from the bedside table could not be kept shut and constantly opened itself. There were only two shabby looking coat-hangers, the closet looked very worn, dirty and was full of marks from luggage, all the crockery looked over-used and was chipped or scratched, the fridge did not work and the cleaner did not come until late in the day. When she did come, she took out the trash and left in less than two minutes.
This kind of sloppiness is disappointing because the bathroom, for example was impeccable, so there is no excuse not to maintain standards in all the room.
We first booked the room because it represented great value for money, but now I am not so certain.
