1 Hooks to hang ones outdoor coats ,near the door.It was untidy just hanging them over the nearest chair.
2 A coffee table in the living room area-essential for refrshments particularly while watching TV or entertaining friends.I did ask for one ,which was supplied ,but feel this shoud be standard.
3 There should be two bedside tables instead of just one.
4 The very pleasant reception staff at no 20 ( just there from 9am until 6pm) should have a mobile phone .If they are away from the desk landline and the phone rings it does not get answered and they then cannot put calls through to the flats.Actually for flats at that price direct lines to each flat should ,I believe , be standard especially as the phone is not attended between 6pm and 9 am
4The lift is dangerous and unreliable.It is no use the staff just explaining the vagaries.People will not close the inner door properly ,and it needs a lot of attention with a door fitted that does close automatically.There were times when it stopped between floors which if it was in the nightime with no help available would be most dangerous.Also when the lift was not working the walk to the fourth floor was extremely difficult for a man of my age ,70 years ,with bad knees.
However I enjoyed my stay -the young men at the reception were always polite and helpful and the cleaning staff were courteosu ,hard working and honest.
