Good Point :
The Concierge was very nice.He helped us a lot with the information.
The apartment is in the quite place.
The size of the room is ok for a family.
Areas to improve :
The cleanness of the carpet.I think its quite dusty.
The room is needed more fresh air so it's not smelly when you come in.
The toiletries has to be filled each time the room is cleaned

The apartment itself could do with an upgrade. It was quite old and not very appealing to look at. But it was comfortable and the location was brilliant. As was the size. There was plenty of space.

The conceirge Mr. Victor Koh was very helpful and knowlegeable of his work.Though the apartment is a bit old and tired overall it is clean. Apart from the traffic noise it's valued for money.

Would Recommend?:
I reported water leak in evening from bathroom and hallway ceilings through light/electrical points, we put waste bin in place to catch water. My wife went to reception and was told the leak was from shower in bathroom above us. Nobody came to our apartment or phoned to check we were alright. We mopped up the water ourselves and went to bed at 11pm.

we were in oldest studio and had broken micro no hair dryer and not one fan and a little tatty but housekeeping kept everything clean disappointed as rate was the same but the others of our party in adjoining apartments were very satisfied this is our second time to stay there and will again and will recommend to others

The addition of air conditioning would be appreciated if not essential. Kitchenette too small for any 'serious' cooking. Nowhere to store luggage for holiday travellers.

We arrived on Saturday, easy to find and in a great location between Marble Arch & Lancaster Gate. We found all of the staff on the desk very helpful throughout.
We would like to mention the Asian gentleman who couldn't do enough to help us find locations, unfortunately on the day we were leaving we didn't have any cash on us, so when we go next time we will make amends. Thanks to everyone at 2 Hyde Park Apartments.

had a very short but lovely stay.our flight was cancelled so we only arrived for the second night.we asked for a discount as we had not used the room and without any quibble we were given a 50% discount on the night we lost out on.we really appreciated this as it was not in the terms to refund.well done customer service!!we were also given a free upgrade for the one night.a beautiful apartment on 7 th floor, fab bathroom! we wont stay anywhere else but number 2 from now on.many thanks

We stayed for 3 days & 2 nights during 14-16 Dec 2009 in two connecting rooms. Overall we enjoyed the stay. SOme comments and suggestion fro improvements are:
1. Would like to have laundry facilities included,
2. More cutlery (e.g. chopping board was missing).
3. Some light bulbs in the room were not functioning, so would be better if the lighting system were regularly checked.
4. The locker was not functioning.
5. Would be good for the reception to inform the exciting things to do in London, and offer a map to guide.
6. Would be good to accommodate early check in especially for long haul flights like us coming from Brunei (14 htrs on the plane).
Overall, we enjoyed the stay at Hyde Park apartment. It was very convenient. Will stay again during summer 2010.
