Would Recommend?:
We loved the apartment, the location and the staff was most acommodating. Only 2 quibbles: the kitchen needs a coffee pot, a can opener and more dish towels. Also, it would be lovely if it was stocked with some detergent for the laundry. Who wants to buy it for just a small load? That said. we would definitley choose this property again.

The location of the studio was very convenient and safe; an excellent value.
The service was not good. On the first night I got instructions only on operating the TV (which i didn't care about) and nothing about the other appliances: the whirlpool tub, the oven and the washer and dryer ( I never did get the dryer to work)

The location in Shepard's Market was fantastic with 2 bakeries within a block, multiple restaurants outside the door, and a 5 minute walk to the Green Park Underground. St. James Park and Hyde Park also were very short walks from the flat. We felt very safe at all hours walking in this neighbrohood. There were always people at the pubs!
Staff was very nice, but not knowledgeable like a conceirge.
The flat was very clean, they changed our towels every day.
My only minor complaint was the constant smell of other occupants' food.
