The apartment was basic but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback I would have is that is located next door to a loud household. I reserved a quiet room (no.6) and then listened through a thin wall to 2 adults chatting away loudly most of the night until the early hours, hence not much sleep for the supposedly quietest room in the block of suites! Shame as I would've probably used it again, but probably won't due to the noise next door.

I guess we should have asked more questions before booking this appartment. It does not have a lift and our room was on the 3rd floor, which for my elderly father was rather difficult!
In addition, the shower was not working properly and it took the management 2 days to get someone in to fix it. However, it seems the task was too difficult, since the problem was not fixed and we ended up with no proper shower for 5 days!
Other than that, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in London it's good! Just don't expect a decent standard!

Everything perfect but the flat was in a lower level(flat 2, 146 gloucester place). I guess the quality of the accommodation compensated for that little downside. Everything else was perfect!

TV was a problem. For tall people there was a danger of hitting their head on the corner. Housekeeping was done every day and the apartment was clean. Brochures and information leaflets were not in the apartment. For strangers to London this would be helpful. For a place just to sleep it was OK. Bad layout of apartment it could be designed better. I would recommend if just stopping for a couple of nights.

main bedroom should have been where the kitchen was & visa versa, especially as it was ground floor. a days work would fixed a few things (very slow draining shower tray, tap fixing in kitchen sink & front window blind broken). TV was asking you to hit your head on it.
kept clean & tidy and additional towel & tv remote were provided as soon as requested. So overall quite happy!

Good service, only problem for us was only 1 key for 2 people. Although small very comfortable and accessible, good internet and very good cleaning staff
