This apartment is suitable for up to five people and comes equipped with three single beds and a set of bunk beds.

The apartments are within easy reach of the vibrant atmosphere of Islington and Clerkenwell, yet convenient for the City and West End. Angel underground station is only a 10-minute walk, and from there both the central business district and the shopping district of the West End can be reached within 15 minutes.

Travel Information:

Angel and Old Town underground stations are a 10-minute walk away and provide access to the Northern line.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The Ability Towers Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

A fee of 3% will be applied against any credit card payments.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
For stays less than 28 days: NO security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

For stays of 28 days or more: an additional, refundable, deposit of 1 weeks accommodation costs is required and will be held against any breakages, stains on carpets or extra costs.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 28 days to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

For bookings cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation costs.

For bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival then you will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the booking.
