The apartments offer a fantastic location just minutes away from the Heathrow Express Terminal. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Marble Arch, Edgware Road and Oxford Street are all between five and 15 minutes’ walk away, and there are shopping centres and restaurants nearby.

The nearest underground stations are Paddington or Lancaster Gate, both within five minutes’ walk and providing easy access to the whole of the city. Paddington station gives access to the District & Circle Line and also main line train services. This is very convenient for access to Heathrow airport (the Heathrow Express runs between Heathrow Airport and Paddington Station every 15 minutes - see www.heathrowexpress.com for more details). Lancaster Gate station provides easy access to the Central Line.

Booking Procedure
Hyde Park Suites 8 Craven Hill can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will be charged a deposit at the time of booking:

For stays of less than 4 weeks the deposit will be £300.

For stays of between 4 and 10 weeks the deposit will be equal to one weeks' stay.

For stays of 10 weeks or over the deposit will be equal to two weeks' stay.

Please note that all payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a surcharge. For payments made by American Express, the surcharge is 3.7%, for all other cards the surcharge is 3%.

Credit Card Charges- Special Offer Bookings

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made at standard rates, you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at, less the deposit paid.

For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Please note that all guests must check-in at the offices nearby on Inverness Terrace. A late check-in fee will apply to any guests arriving after 22:00.

Transfers would be to properties of equal or higher standard at no extra cost; in the unlikely event of a transfer to an apartment of lower value a discount equal to the difference in rates will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation fee.

For bookings made at standard rates:
Cancellations made 35 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded any monies paid less an administration fee of £30.

Cancellations made between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £300.

Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £300 or 50% of the stay, whichever is greater. Reservations with the total balance of less than £300 will be charged 100% of the balance.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total stay.

Please note that refunds, where applicable, may take up to 21 days.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.
