Booking Procedure
39 Suites can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays of nine nights or less, your card will be pre-authorised for one nights accommodation charges, six days or less prior to arrival.

For stays of ten nights or more, your card will be charged at the time of booking for 25% of the total cost of your stay. This deposit is non-refundable.

Payment
For stays of nine nights or less, full payment will be taken upon arrival.
For stays of ten nights or more, the remaining balance will be taken upon arrival.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Check-in is at Hotel 43 nearby.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of nine nights or less, cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night's accommodation.

For stays of ten nights or more, cancellations made at any time will result in the loss of the initial 25% deposit.
