Payment
All reservations must be prepaid 7 days prior to arrival, unless previous credit facilities have been agreed. Where payment has been made by credit card, apartment keys will only be issued on presentation of that card and verification made of its authenticity by completing and signing an appropriate credit card slip.
Security Deposit
No security deposit required, however, the guest agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to the premises, fixtures and fittings or any property of 23 Greengarden House.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required seven days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival will be charged 100% of the contracted rate.
