All the apartments have separate sitting rooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens with washer/dryers, televisions with satellite channels (including movies and news channels), power showers and personal safes. Each apartment has broadband connection together with two direct dial telephone lines, one with voicemail and the other incorporating a built-in US socket.

The features below apply to all of the apartments:

23 Greengarden House is located in St Christopher's Place, a fashionable pedestrianised street lined with exclusive shops and cosmopolitan restaurants. Bond Street, South Molton Street, Selfridges, Marks & Spencer, Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Regent Street are all just a short walk away.

The nearest tube station is Bond Street, giving access to the Central and Jubilee lines.

Booking Procedure
23 Greengarden House can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at point of booking unless check-in is within seven days (see section below).

Payment
All reservations must be prepaid 7 days prior to arrival, unless previous credit facilities have been agreed. Where payment has been made by credit card, apartment keys will only be issued on presentation of that card and verification made of its authenticity by completing and signing an appropriate credit card slip.

Security Deposit
No security deposit required, however, the guest agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to the premises, fixtures and fittings or any property of 23 Greengarden House.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required seven days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival will be charged 100% of the contracted rate. Any apartment nights cancelled after arrival will be charged at 100% of the contracted rate. Refunds will only be given for nights when the apartment is re-let.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
