Two Bedroom Apartment

This apartment is suitable for up to five people and comes equipped with a king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a single sofa bed in the living area.

The apartments are located in the exclusive Mayfair area in the heart of London. Hyde Park is a stone's throw away and St James' Park, Buckingham Palace and the British Museum are within easy reach. Nearby are the shopping paradises of Oxford Street and Regent Street as are the lively Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden. Fine restaurants and bars are close by and the nearby tube stations provide links to the rest of London.

Travel Information:

Green Park underground station is a short walk away providing access to the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria lines. Victoria station is also within walking distance providing access to Circle, District and Victoria underground lines and national rail services.

Booking Procedure
The 20 Hertford Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. There is no charge for using Visa Debit.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
On arrival your credit or debit card will be pre-authorised a sum equal to £500 for a Studio, £1,000 for a One Bedroom Apartment and £1,500 for a Two Bedroom Apartment. This is to cover against any incidental breakages or damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment.

Guests should note that a charge of up to £320 is made for lost keys.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 12 noon. Please note that check-in is at the nearby Mayfair House Apartments.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.

For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
